A: We make gift giving easy with our Forest Hill Chase Gift Card. Redeemable at all stores where EFTPOS is available, recipients of the gift card can choose to shop for essentials, upgrade on the latest electronics, spoil a loved one with a night out at our L3 Dining & Entertainment Precinct or perhaps redecorate the home. You can purchase one online here or at the Customer Service Desk on Level 2 (near JB Hi-Fi).

Q: Where is the Customer Service Desk located?

A: Our friendly Customer Service staff are here to help. We can assist with everything from directions to stores and lost property to taxi bookings, mobility equipment and public transport timetables. The desk is open:

Mobility Equipment Hire

Q: Are mobility equipment available for hire?

A: To help you get around more comfortably, mobility equipment including wheelchairs, motorised scooters can be borrowed from Customer Service FREE of charge. Book ahead by calling (03) 9878 7111 or visit our Customer Service Desk on Level 2, near JB HiFi.

Kiddie Cruiser Hire

Q: Are Kiddie Cruisers available for hire?

A: Kiddie Cruisers are available for hire for free at the Customer Service Desk located on Level 2. A valid Driver’s Licence is required to hire a Kiddy Cruiser.


Q: Where are the restrooms located?

A: The restroom facilities are conveniently located on every level.

Level 1: near Coles

Level 2: next to Toyworld

Level 3: near The Chase

Parents’ Room

Q: Where are the Parents’ Rooms located?

A: Our Parents’ Rooms cater to parents with children of all ages, offering access to private feeding areas, amenities and baby change areas within a comfortable, clean environment. Parents’ Rooms are located:

Level 1: next to the Food Court and near Coles

Level 3: next to The Chase (this Parents’ Room has been awarded five stars by the Australian Breastfeeding Association).

Kids Play Areas

Q: Are there any kids play areas at Forest Hill Chase?

A: Forest Hill Chase offers 2 free kids play areas, both of which are open during core trading hours. Parental supervision is required at all times. One is in the Food Court on Level 1. The other is located on Level 3 at our Dining & Entertainment Precinct.

Q: Is there free Wi-Fi available?

A: Yes! Here is how to connect:

  3. You are connected when you reach the Forest Hill Chase website or when you see the Wi-Fi symbol

To be considered for a casual lease space at Forest Hill Chase specific requirements must be met, which include offering high-quality presentation, customer service and appropriate retail experience. Any casual lease tenant that presents as a conflict to a permanent tenant, unfortunately will not be considered. We choose our tenants carefully to ensure the high-quality shopping experience of the Centre is maintained.

A: As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we have installed an Electric Vehicle Charging Facility in the undercover Coles Carpark off Pacific Way, parallel to the Knick Knacks entrance.

Q: I may have lost something while at Forest Hill Chase. Who do I contact?

A: If you think you may have lost something whilst at Forest Hill Chase you can report this at the Customer Service Desk, located on Level 2 or phone (03) 9878 7111. If you find something which someone else has lost, please bring this to the Customer Service Desk, or hand it to a Cleaner or Security Guard.
