Give yourself good luck & fortune by making a wish for the future at our Wishing Tree or join in the fun at our Lantern Display, Lion Dance performance and Cooking Demonstrations. Even the little ones can get involved at our Craft Activities Stations.

Vivid Red Lanterns

Wander through the stunning Red Lanterns on your way to a special Lunar New Year feast.

Date: 1 – 20 February
Where: Level 3, Dining and Entertainment Precinct

Wishing Tree + Station

A stunning tree featuring red and gold leaves and warm lit lights settled upon a majestic red carpet will be a visual treat this Lunar New Year. The Wishing Tree will hold handwritten hopes and dreams for the future. Visit the wishing station and create your very own special wish and dreams for the future then hang it on the Wishing Tree.

Lion Dance

A theatrical live Lion Dance will weave around Forest Hill Chase bringing good luck for 2022.

Date: Saturday 5 February
Time: 1:30pm
Where: Centre-wide, starting on Level 1
Cost: Free

Cooking Demonstrations

Learn to make traditional Chinese Pork Dumplings with Dipping Sauce and Fortune Cookies. Yum!

Date: Saturday 12 February
Time: 11am to 1pm
Where: Level 1, Fresh Food Precinct
Cost: Free

Craft Activities Station

Join us at our Lantern Making and Dragon Cards craft activities for kids.

Date: Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 February
Time: 12pm to 3pm (no bookings required)
