The Customer Service has been moved to a new location near Best & Less to offer better coverage to customers. Several services have been upgraded, including new mobility aids.

Some disabled facilities are located at the Customer Service Desk and at toilets to the rear of the Customer Service Desk. To ease your shopping experience, we offer mobility equipment including wheelchairs, motorised scooters and Kiddie Cruisers. These can be borrowed from the Customer Service Desk at no charge and mobility equipment can be booked ahead of your visit. Please bring your identification.
Our Parents’ Rooms cater to parents with children of all ages, offering access to private feeding areas, amenities and baby change areas within a comfortable, clean environment. Parents’ Rooms are located:
Level 1: next to the Food Court and near Coles
Level 3: next to The Chase (this Parents’ Room has been awarded five stars by the Australian Breastfeeding Association).
Forest Hill Chase shopping trolleys have been fitted with a sensor locking system to avoid street pollution in and around our community. If you plan to access the centre by foot, be sure you have an alternate method for carrying your shopping home.
If you think you may have lost something whilst at Forest Hill Chase you can report this at the Customer Service Desk, located on Level 2 or phone (03) 9878 7111. If you find something which someone else has lost, please bring this to the Customer Service Desk, or hand it to a Cleaner or Security Guard.
Kids Play areas
Forest Hill Chase offers 2 free kids play areas, both of which are open during core trading hours. Parental supervision is required at all times. One is in the Food Court on Level 1. The other is located on Level 3 at our Dining & Entertainment Precinct.
Electric Vehicle Charging
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we have installed an Electric Vehicle Charging Facility in the undercover Coles Carpark off Pacific Way, parallel to the Knick Knacks entrance.
