Dear Retailers,
Over the past few months, we've been diligently planning several operational initiatives aimed at elevating Forest Hill Chase's performance. These initiatives not only focus on achieving operational efficiencies but also strive to enhance the overall customer experience.
I'm delighted to inform you that we are currently in the process of tendering for maintenance contracts related to Heating & Air Conditioning, Fire Services, and Vertical Transport. This strategic move is intended to bolster service delivery while ensuring cost efficiencies.
Additionally, next month, we will share further information surrounding presentation enhancements. These improvements will encompass the introduction of new mobility aids and improvements in centre accessibility, aiming to make the overall experience for our customers more seamless and enjoyable.
In our commitment to security, changes to after-hours access will come into effect this month to increase security overnight. Furthermore, our ongoing partnership with the Whitehorse Safety Committee remains a key focus, particularly addressing concerns related to theft, property damage, and youth engagement.
