2. Visit The Prize Pantry on Level 1, near Coles Thursdays to Sundays from 10am - 2pm.
3. Present your receipt(s) to redeem your instant win prize.
4. Fill out the form to be entered into the draw to win a $1000 supermarket voucher each week, and the $10,000 Forest Hill Chase gift card major prize!
